🚚 Sip Solo Shipping Policy

At Sip Solo, we aim to get your flavored syrups to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:


📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $30

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the most efficient method.


🌍 International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping, but we’re working on it—stay tuned!


📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at tammy@sipsolo.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.
